TACMED

QRF is licensed to conduct advanced trauma training using all known medical training modalities.  Our high fidelity mannequins, trained role players, advanced models and staff that includes top surgeons, SOF veterans, flight medics and trauma nurses combine to deliver course work not seen by other companies with less capabilities.  Our programs are certified by the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT),  US Dept. of Agriculture (USDA), National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians (NAEMT) and state/ local municipalities.  QRF teams were in Ukraine just 3 weeks after the war started and in Israel within a week of the October 7th attacks.  In (recent) real world battlefield conditions we’ve trained over 1,000 medics.  Being the primary medic on a Team or Troop facing a “Near Peer” enemy will have a different look than decades past.  The “Golden Hour” standard enjoyed by US personnel in most AOR’s will not be possible due to sophisticated Ground to Air threats.  Medics are treating patients at the FLOT for extended periods of time with no CASEVAC helicopters able to operate.  Prolonged Field Care (PFC) and the advanced skills required, cannot be learned overnight.  Our TACMED programs can be customized ranging from 1 day field exercises to week long and tactically focused Paramedic Refreshers with an emphasis on PFC through advanced courses taking 9+ months.
